Coach Richards Background
Certified Coach Richard, background includes over 20 years of corporate leadership and coaching teams and individuals. During Richard's corporate tenure, his teams were regularly at or near the top of departmental or business unit KPI rankings. Coach Richard's skillful coaching, people skills, and natural inspirational aptitude resulted in career growth and promotions for a significant amount of Richard's direct reports and Employee Engagement scores, which were always at or near the top in departmental business unit rankings.
Education and Certification wise, as mentioned above, Coach Richard is a Certified Coach, a SHRM-CP from the Society of Human Resources Management. and a Bachelor's in Business Management. from Colorado State University.
Coach Richards's hobbies include outdoor running, weight training, volunteer basketball coaching, youth mentoring, and spending time with my young son, who was born in 2013 and loves to play basketball.
